As Oxygen builder deactivates any theme on your Wordpress installation, the template and profile page won't work. To access theses pages, two pages: Campaigndot-profile and Campaigndot-templates are automatically created when you activate the plugin. These pages are used to display the users profile and their email signature templates.
Once imported, re-sign the shortcodes in Oxygen/Security.
In order to modify the html of the signature templates, first, copy the files in the campaigndot plugin /template/signatures and paste them in: wp-content/campaigndot/signatures.
Note: You have to create the directory yourself. Don’t use the default /campaigndot/signatures/ directory as your changes would be removed when automatically updating the plugin.
Existing templates: 2 columns, 2 columns alt, 1 column, Corporate can be edited.
Several factors could prevent the display of banners beneath your email signature, including the email application used, server configuration, computer setup, and the recipient's company policy. To address this, we have implemented a Base64 encoding option for banners, located on the Company Information page.
This encoding method ensures the consistent delivery of banners. However, it's important to note that utilizing this feature renders the banners static. Consequently, any changes to the banners will require you to resend the updated email signatures to your users for consistent application across your organization.
